1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Nitron Digital LLC ("Company," "we," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Nitron Digital provides AI security consulting, compliance advisory, SharePoint security services, and related technology consulting services. Specific services and deliverables will be defined in individual service agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
• Maintain confidentiality of credentials and access provided
• Ensure proper authorization for systems and data we access
• Communicate timely feedback and approvals as requested
• Pay fees as specified in service agreements

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement:

• We retain ownership of our methodologies, tools, and pre-existing materials
• Client retains ownership of their data and proprietary information
• Deliverables are licensed to client upon full payment

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of services.

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as expressly stated in a service agreement. We do not guarantee specific compliance outcomes or regulatory approvals.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, client shall pay for services rendered through the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Hampshire.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website or direct notification.
